Fitbit customer care, suggested that I reset my charge five because it might help to fix an ongoing problem. I am a blind user, and was told that the reset had to be done on the charge five itself. I am unable to see the screen, and therefore unable to do the reset. Fitbit does not have a process for remotely resetting the charge five. I wish Fitbit had a Disability Support team with the ability to assist people like me when issues arise with the Fitbit devices and applications.

There are two ways to restart the Charge 5. One is from the Settings menu on the device. The other way is to use the charging cable that came with your device.
