RESOLVED: Realised that as long as I don't open the fitbit notification settings page when my phone is in DND mode resolves this issue.

 

At night when my phone automatically turns on DND mode, everything works fine: Calls notification is automatically turned off on the Charge 5 as well.

However every morning when DND schedule is off (on my OnePlus), the calls notification is still off on the Charge 5. I have to manually turn the calls notification back on. Shouldn't it automatically turn back on when DND turns off?

 

Just to clarify, I am not using the Charge 5 DND mode. This is the DND mode on my OnePlus phone.

I appreciate all the information you've provided about this inconvenience with your Charge 5.
