I’ve been dealing with all the issues with the charge 5 since end of October last year and I have been seeking resolutions. Every time I contact them, they have a supervisor email me I respond and I don’t get a response at all. Anyone else having this issue?

I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.

Actually it has been resolved/ solution was not reached. I have been ignored for weeks. Still waiting on a response.
