I managed to get my resting heart rate down to between 58 to 61bpm daily, now all of a sudden over the past two weeks it’s increasing 1bpm daily.
I wear my Fitbit constantly. I can see that on a night time when my resting was 54bpm it’s now 60+. During the day it isn’t showing as low either.
any ideas as to why?
nothing has changed.

After looking back this is since the app update/change.
Is any one else experiencing this?

Mine went down precipitously immediately after the app update and has since gone up again since I complained about it here. I suppose there was a wrong calculation built into the new app. However, now I am having other HR related problems such as showing I'm in cardio or peak when walking to the mailbox with my cane. I have had other indications that the new app affects the wrist unit which it shouldn't but maybe there was another component to the update we were not told about. Anyhow, I have given up and sent for a new Garmin which will be here on Monday and then goodbye to Fitbit forever, I will delete my account completely. Too bad, this was a good machine once upon a time. I suppose I'll have this comment deleted.
