Hi, I wish that Fitbit would accept returns after the 45 days. I purchased my Charge 5 in Feb 2022 and I’m still not 100% satisfied with the device. It is missing features that I would use such as on wrist skin temperature reading, snore and noise detection, on wrist water logging ability, wider selection of apps and clock faces. I have intentions of purchasing the Sense but wish I could return the Charge 5. Thank you, Maria

Hi @SunsetRunner the return window varies with each retailer. Best Buy is 14 days. Costco has a very generous time in which to return a Fitbit.

I had bought the Charge 5 on the Fitbit website.
I contacted them recently and they told me since the 45 days has passed, they don't accept returns.
