Ring the phone in case of tachycardia

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a way to make my phone ring if my son is at rest and exceeds a heartbeat threshold.
My son has a heart defect and he is having arrhythmias.
So I bought him the fitbit charge 5 but unfortunately if I don't look on my smartphone I'm not alerted to tachycardia attacks.
Plus he tends to have these seizures in his sleep.
Does anyone know a way to get notifications on the phone and at best warn with a sound signal?
Thank you for your precious help

Hello @Vincent51

You can not have those types of notifications, they are simply not a feature of the Charge 5 or any other Fitbit devices I know.

What you can do is set a custom Maximum HR in the Settings of your device (on the app --> Max and Low Heart Rate --> Max Heart Rate --> Custom) and set notifications on. The notification will be a vibration of the Charge 5, but that is all. For anything more I suggest you get a proper medical device, there might be some with the features you need.
