Hello again @Molewedg
Well, I’m happy we were are to get most of it up and running minus the text vibration. I’m wondering if this is a known bug or something. I think at this point you should call Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
😉 I do hope the can get it sorted out

Hello @Molewedg
I can try to help if I understand your question correctly. I’m gathering from the subject title of your post that your new phone the s22 communicate “in every way” except your phone will not vibrate when messages or calls come in. Make sure your phone is not in DND (do not disturb) mode or Sleep Mode. You will not get alerts if they are enabled. This YouTube video will help: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=6GcyKsVvboo and here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9azIrTfUxTc
😃 I Please let me know if did answer your question

Hello again @Molewedg
Please look here and make sure all your settings are correct (do not skip any step):https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1979.htm Also, open your Fitbit app then tap your profile picture then scroll down to and tap Charge 5. Now scroll down to and tap notifications. Look here to make sure your calls, text, and calendar events are enabled. Also while your here also tap App Notifications and enable the apps that appear in the list. Once you do all this sync your Charge 5 to accept all the changes you made.
😉 Let me know if this answers your notification issue

Hello again @Molewedg
Sorry for the slow response. I’m just seeing your post so we must be on a different time zone. Let’s try this: go to your phone and tap settings, then scroll down to and tap Apps. Now scroll down the list and tap Fitbit. Make sure notifications say Allowed. Even if it say allowed anyway just tap it to open another window. In here make sure Allow sound and Vibration is enabled. Now tap notification categories and ensure everything is enabled. Now tab the return “<“ symbol once to get to the previous page. Here tap permissions. Make sure everything you want is allowed ( contacts, phone, etc)
Now go back to your phones home screen. Let’s tap setting again and this time scroll down and tap notifications. Under the recently sent look to make sure Fitbit is enabled. Lastly sync your Fitbit Charge 5 to accept any changes you made.
😉 I’ll be around so please let me know how it goes

@Molewedg After rereading your post I failed to mention the trouble you were having with Lock Screen. So, again go to your android phone and tap settings then scroll down to and tap Lock Screen. Look here to make sure your notification are enabled. If they are not enable it. Now that notification is enabled tap it anyway and look to make sure Hide Content is “not enabled. 😉

Hello again @Molewedg
Well as I understand it now we have been able to get all your calls to alert you on your Fitbit but you do indeed get text but it doesn’t vibrate? Since all of your settings apparently are set correctly have you tried restarting your Charge 5 to see if that resolves the issue. You won’t lose any data. Go to your Charge 5 then swipe to your settings gear wheel and tap it. Now scroll down and tap restart device then tap restart.
Let me know if that fixed things

Also @Molewedg
Please check these setting again…you might have over looked them. Open Fitbit app, tap profile picture then scroll down and tap Charge 5. Now scroll down and tap notifications. Make sure text messages are enabled. Now while your still here on this page scroll down and tap App Notifications. Now make sure that your apps are enabled. Sync your Charge 5
