My Charge 5 has been consistently reporting SP02 data until Thursday this week. Digging in on the app, I'm now instructed to install the SP02 app (wasn't it already installed since it had been working), but install fails ostensibly owing to the device's software version. Again, this had been working without fail until yesterday. The instructions indicate that I need to scroll up from the default screen until I see the option to install, but that option isn't shown. What's up?

There is currently a known issue for Android users where the SpO2 is not working properly.
Please see this thread in the Android platform forum on this topic (<-- click link) where the Moderator acknowledged the issue and stated that the team is working on fixing the problem. You may want to post/follow that thread since the Moderator mentioned that she will provide updates there.
