Samsung A20e, since Android update on 4/9/22 Heart rate problem

On my Samsung A20e, since Android update on 4/9/22 I cannot see current day in Heart Rate, all previous days are showing.

I updated at 01:50 on Sunday 4/9 but the latest date showing is Saturday 3/9.

Fitbit Charge 5 Syncs and main screen shows same heart rate as Fitbit

In desperation I have unpaired and restarted Fitbit to no avail

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Should I try deleting and reinstalling the App?

I have today discovered that the heart rate graph display on covers whole days Sunday's graph appeared on Monday whereas I could view the graph for the current day prior to the Android update.

Why has the app corrected itself with no action from myself.

On Tuesday the graph in heart app shows current rate as it was prior to Android update

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @AlbieF

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this issue with your heart rate information.

From what you mentioned, it seems that you're now able to see the information for the current day. Let me know if you continue to experience this issue. In the meantime, here are some recommended steps that are usually helpful with app related problems:

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see the information.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app, as this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.

I'll be around.
