Samsung phone finds Charge 5 but won't connect

Charge 5 wasn't syncing so I followed all steps including turning on/off bluetooth, restarting Charge 5, and deleting app from phone and loading it again.  Then tried to pair and phone found Charge 5 but wouldn't connect.  Phone won't pair with Charge 5.  What do I do?

Someone else posted a fix for this in another thread and it worked for me too. Do you have another older fitbit listed in BT? If so get far away from it and try reconnecting. In my case I locked my old C4 in a safe and was able to connect after that.
