Could you please explain ? What are you trying to do ? Where (watch, app, website,dashboard) ? What is the result ?

I added the fitbit app to my cellphone and now I'm trying add my account
and says one already exists. I didn't have one before.

Are you sure you are adding an account ? Not creating one ? You are allowed one account per e-mail, if you try to create a second one using the same email it will reject it with exactly the error message you are seeing.
