Screen Wake

My Screen Wake function has not been working since yesterday. Anyone facing similar problems

Sometimes better to ask here first.  Whoever answers from Support has to try to know everything about every model.  At least here, nobody has to pretend they know the answer, and different people have different areas of knowledge.

But glad you got it sorted out now.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

You probably accidentally turned 'Screen Wake' off.  Scroll up from clock face to check it.  If not that, could be in Sleep Mode.

Thanks. That’s exactly what had happened. I chatted with a Fitbit staff last night and got it sorted out.

The unfortunate thing is I had chatted with 2 other Fitbit staff and was misled. Each informed me that it was an issue affecting the Fitbit 5 generally and Fitbit was working on resolving it.
