Screen not working and my charge this morning went from 50% to 24% in 30 minutes

This morning battery was drained really fast and a black screen. Charged it to 100%.

Rest of the day wad fine till about 1 hour ago Screen unresponsive:

Did a reset through charging cable

Changed clocks

Reset again (worked for 5 minutes)

Since then unresponsive. 

It does sync however and says it is 98% battery now...

Already had an issue with dim screen and the server issues last 2 weeks, bow this... Had a replacement request, but never got a response on it.

My Charge 5 battery drained very quickly yesterday and it would not register any steps either. I rebooted it twice and it still would not register any steps. I was able to get texts and see the time.. The battery drained 15 % in 2 minutes so I rebooted and left it on the charger. It now records my steps but the screen won't come on until I tap it.
