Screen of death

Updated my app the other day with the new firmware update. Charged ok last night. This morning, it was dead. It was working before I went to sleep. 

I tried the pulse restart... Nothing. I tried unsyncing, it wouldn't. It was it was all trying to sync but it hasn't been synced since midnight. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It still detects my charge 5, but it's not on. It's not allowing me to change the display or do anything. It's dead.

24+ hours later, my watch miraculously turns on but was at 4%. Interesting, it was fully charged before it had the screen of death.

When you say “screen of death” do you mean the white c with the red circle around it? That is what my watch suddenly did today as well. I just got it in December.

Mine did the same thing. Hoping it will come back on. Must have been linked to the firmware update.

My screen was just black. There was nothing that came up.

Same here. Installed software update on Monday and it died on Wed evening without warning. Had a medium charge at the time. Won't charge now and there is absolutely no sign of life.
