After over 2 years of daily use, my Charge 5 won't autowake despite it being on Auto Autowake and sleep mode being off. Have tried restarting several times both through watch and wire. Will only wake up after a double tap.

Hi there, @ClaireF92. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen wake is still not working on your Charge 5. I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, please try turning off the screen wake on your Charge 5, restart your Charge 5, and now, turn the screen wake feature back in.
If the above doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

The first option seems to solve the issue for a few minutes and a few wrist movements and then the problem returns. Changing the clock face made no difference.
