Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone recognizes this or has any advice for me.
About nine months ago, I filed a complaint because my Fitbit suddenly stopped working. Since it was still under warranty at the time, it was handled properly.
Now, less than a year later, the same issue has occurred again with the replacement device. First, there was an X on the screen, and now it doesn't respond at all – no display, no reaction to the charger, nothing at all.
I'm quite disappointed with the lifespan of the device, especially since this is the second time it's happened in a short period. Has anyone experienced something like this?
And does anyone know what my rights are regarding warranty or consumer protection if the replacement device also breaks down so quickly?

Yes I've had quite a lot of them as well also up to 1000£ maybe it's down to lady luck or like betting
