Set alarms for Charge 5 in my Fitbit app

Why can't I set alarms for charge 5 in my Fitbit ap on my cell like I could with Charge 4

Thank you for sharing your inquiry about the new Charge 5. 

As you mentioned earlier, this option is not available with the Charge 5 when scrolling through the Fitbit app. Instead, you can set up alarms directly on your device with the Alarms App. If you haven't done so already, I recommend that you vote for this idea posted in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community: Add ability to set alarms back to the Fitbit App. 

Or you can post a separate idea specifically for the Charge 5. This section is regularly monitored by the team of developers.

I can only see how to set one alarm on my charge 5. How do I set a second one please?

@Pinnypin Thanks for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5. 

To add more alarms to your device, you can go to the alarms app on the device by swiping right on the screen. Once you're on the alarms section, you'll need to swipe down until you see at the bottom the option "New Alarm". You can find more information on how to manage alarms in this article as well.
