Set the heart rate notification threshold lower than 100-Charge 5

I see the Fitbit Charge 5 has a feature to notify you if your heart rate is above or below a threshold (after no movement for 10 minutes).  The default thresholds can be customized, but the lowest high threshold seems to be 100.

I have a low resting heart rate and want to be notified of a heart rate lower than that (e.g. 75) as I am tracking down an arrhythmia issue.  Is there any way to do this?  What possible reason are there fixed “custom” choices rather than just allow you to type in a number?  Seriously Fitbit!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @arnobarno.

Thanks for your question about how to set a lower threshold for your heart-rate notifications.

Currently, the lowest threshold is 100 and there is no option to set it lower. There is a feature suggestion called "Customize lower heart rate notification for trauma responses". You are welcome to vote it and if there is any change it should be communicated as soon as possible.

Have a nice day.
