I have a Charge 5. I live in Germany but am an English speaker. I have set the language to Europe (English). Some days it stays like that; other days it switches to German. It is 2 pm, and I've already had to switch it from German to English three times already! I know this is an ongoing issue: my last Fitbit did it, and I've seen discussions dating back to 2017. Have you found a fix yet?

Is your phone set to English?

Also check the settings in the Fitbit App in your Profile under App Settings!
