Setting up new Charge 5

I am having difficulty setting up the new Charge 5 I just purchased.  I changed the password and was able to log on my computer.  Unable to login on my device (android).  I called customer service 2 times and that didn't work. PLEASE HELP!

Oh no @gammie98 , try not panic!

 

Do you mean you can't log in to your account on your App on your phone?  You say you changed the password on your computer recently, take a deep breath, and try to log on on your phone again.  Make sure you're using the right email address and password and it's the same as the one you're using on your computer. Sometimes it automatically fills that information in for you, and if the password's changed, it won't work because it's entering the old one.

 

If it's still not working, try clearing your cache on your phone. Try again.  If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the App on your phone. Try again.

 

If none of that works, come back and tell us what you've tried and hopefully someone will be able to help you.

When i have a problem like this, I change the password on the phone, through a web browser. 

This way the phone saves the password and uses this saved password to log into the app. 

Afterwords I can open the saved passwords to see how to log in through the computer.
