Setting weight loss goal on new app

We used to do this: 

Select my icon >Activity and Wellness>Nutrition & Weight>Food>Help me set a goal>Next>Choose Level (Easy, Medium, Kinda Hard or Harder)

Does anybody know how to do this on the new app?  Thanks!

Hello @dhimes 

It is a bit of learning curve to find one's way around in the updated app. Here are the steps to follow to get to the page you are looking for:

  • Tap your picture/icon from the Today page
  • Tap Fitbit settings in the pop up menu
  • Tap Activity & Wellness
  • Tap Nutrition & Weight
  • Tap on Food Plan under Nutrition
  • Tap on Goal Weight to set your goal and tap Next
  • The next page, Select Plan Intensity gives you the 5 plan options you mentioned. Select an option and tap Next to continue

Ah-I found it thanks to you!  I clicked the cog wheelin the upper right of the screenshot I posted, then activity and wellness -> nutrition and weight -> food -> help me set a goal and that brought me to what I was looking for.  I have an iPhone, if that matters for people reading this.

Ah, that makes sense @dhimes . I have an Android phone and my Today screen is slightly different. I have my picture/icon where you see the settings gear. I will have keep that in mind when I answer questions. Thank you!
