Setup for Charge 5

I received a replacement Charge 5 and cannot get it set up. Customer support is never available

Hi @kstande  customer service has been issuing bulletins that they are having higher numbers asking for help, so they are swamped. You just need to set up a replacement as a new device on an existing account. Be sure your phone is compatible
