I try to use my phone Fitbit app to easily see heart rate while on my treadmill. The app will sync (sometimes, sometimes not) and display current heart rate for a few minutes/seconds then go back to showing resting heart rate. Occasionally restarting works, but not always. My device is a charge 5. How can I get it to continuously display current heart rate in the app?
