Signing up for Premium caused me to lose all my contacts.  How do I get them back and how do I opt out of the Premium Service(3 mo free right now).

Thank you for sharing all this information about the problem you've been experiencing with your Charge 5. 

Could you please provide a few more details about this problem you mentioned? Let me know if you mean that you lost all of your friends on Fitbit. In the meantime, and regarding your question about how to cancel your Premium subscription, you can find all the information in this article.
