Silent alarm didn't go off.... again!

Since the click change in UK and for the 2nd time this week, my silent alarms have not worked. Luckily.i.set my phone as a back.up alarm!

I have had a fitbit charge 5 for a few months now and I have had a couple of times where the alarm has not gone of - this morning being one of them! It’s SO frustrating as I rely on it and the time before I was late getting my daughter to school! Is this something that Fitbit can fix as I don’t want to do system restarts all the time!

I have the same issue, set a new alarm this morning in addition and neither of them went off, this is the 3rd time this week! My charge 5 is only 2 weeks old so it's very frustrating. I'm finding the battery runs out fast, much quicker than the 7 days it advertises, more like 1 day!! Not happy.

My alarm hasn’t gone off several times as well. The first time it happened I deleted all alarms and redid them and that seemed to work. However that hasn’t helped this time and the alarm doesn’t work at all.
