Since many of us have worthless or dead Charge 5s, what product will you be switching to?

I really like all the features of the Charge 5 even though I have to pay for premium to access them.  I'm not an athlete anymore, just someone in her 60s trying to stay in shape, track steps, sleep, HRV.  I like the heart rate monitor and O2 stats.  I also report my steps to to earn money every month (which I now won't get for July). Has been thinking about another charge with an extended warranty but do not like what I'm reading here.

Hi. I have had about 4 fitbits so yes they die prematurely. I like the app for food and weight tracking with the aria scale so I'm sticking with the brand for now. One tip. If you are a "member" of Best Buy and buy from them, you can replace your 18 month old Charge 5 with a new one for $30.

Fitbit is really quick at removing the suggested replacement products but not quick at offering a reasonable solution or update to customers that have been dealing with a malfunctioning product for over two weeks now...

I also have had several fitbits and they all die on me. My last one was a charge 5 And it did not last barely a year. I truly am tired of spending money on these watches and having them not last at all. I think fitbit needs to read these forums and see how people feel and reach out to those who have purchased several and offer us something in return For our continued dedication to their product. I personally am tired of spending hundreds of dollars on watches to have them die within that eighteen months period.  I was wondering if anyone else had this issue.. That's why I came to this forum.

So many of us have these issues. I am appalled at the lack of customer care or acknowledgment of the issues from Fitbit. Nice product with about a one year lifespan in my experience. After that it's trash. And I am NOT going to spend hours on hold to be offered at 35% discount to buy another (very likely) soon to fail watch.
