How do a I get a single number cardio fitness score, instead of a range?
I've got a charge 5 with GPS enabled. I"ve done several runs over 12 minutes within the last month. I've done 6 runs this week. All runs were using exercise mode. After the run, I see the map and the distance.
What is the algorithm for showing single digit score?
Is there anything else I need to do?

I have the exact same problem. I had a cardio fitness score with my Charge 4. Once I switched to the Charge 5 it became a range. Doesn’t seem to matter how many gps runs you record - it is still just a range that doesn’t seem to change.

Wonder why a moderator hasn’t provided any “support” for this…

Me to.
Do you have a single digit cardio score?
Someone told me they stopped providing a single score, but I can't find that documented anywhere. Fitbit documentation still says you will get a single score after a few runs exceeding 10 minutes. I'm doing more than 20 minutes everyday on flat ground.
I wish they would publish the algorithm, or at least a rough approximation. Perhaps I'm not doing everything I need to.

I had a single digit cardio fitness score for over a year. Then it turned into a range and continued to drop to levels that are not accurate. I run marathons but it shows my levels as low 30s and “fair” for women my age.

An update.
After working with tech support that told me the fitbit was defective and sent a replace. They never explained what the problem was or gave a technical explanation. They wouldn't tell me what data was insufficient or missing. I'm skeptical.
It's been a few weeks and I still don't have a single digit score. I've only had 4 runs since I got the replacement, so I'll give it a little more time. I've been busy, but I'll get 5 runs next week.
I am very disappointed with fitbit support.
