How can they keep selling a product that lasts a few months? Any tips for how to get past the hired out customer service to escalate this issue to someone IN Fitbit? They want me to pay for the next one because the 90 warranty ran out 30 days ago.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community, @nierika1.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the situation with customer support with your Charge 5.
I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.

The "solution" was for me to spend more money on a fitbit product that may last me another 4 months... not a solution. A refund or another product that isn't failing in 3-4 months is a solution.
