Skin temperature not working on my Charge 5

Recently upgraded to Charge 5 because screen failed on my charge 4. Been wearing it for 4 days now but still ont picking up skin temperature. Everything else is fine, just this and I cant find anything in settings etc to validate it. Have tried rebooting the fitbit and also the app but nothi g changed. Can anyone help as to what I can do to resolve.

Thanks for the details regarding your Charge 5.

If you are still having issues to pick up the skin temperature, please try to follow these steps:

  1. Wear your device for at least 3 consecutive nights.
  2. In the morning, open the Fitbit app and tap the Health Metrics tile 
     
  3. Swipe up to find the Skin temperature tile.
  4. Tap the tile to see more details, including your historical data.
