I have the charge 5 for a few months and have trouble with getting sleep score until the most recent firmware update a few weeks ago. I still cannot get sleep score occasionally now. By accident, I find out that if I delete the sleep record and add it back in manually with a minor twist, I can get the sleep score back. In those cases, the beginning record of data that I am awake confuse the tracker's analysis of my sleep. When I trim off the period that I was awake, the tracker can calculate the sleep score. I think that your programmer needs to look at the software routine to see if they can incorporate this step into the analysis.
The other issue is the display of the battery level on the tracker. That info is displayed on the second page of the main screen on the tracker. The battery level is somehow shown in a tiny font to create distinction with the exercise data. Honestly, the battery can be shown in the same size font with a different color to show the distinction, Older people will appreciate that change very much.
