Sleep analysis not showing on Charge 5 since Premium renewal

My Charge 5 premium renewed today.  All of the features are working except the sleep analysis.  I have a sleep score but none of the advanced features or a sleep animal. Operating the device correctly, sleep position is fine and the battery is fine.  Can you help me please?
