Brand new Charge 5 and Sleep and sp02 does not work at all. Yes the firmware is updated. Yes the apps are installed. Yes my phone is sync'd with the Charge 5. The only reason I bought this is to track my sleep. Nothing I have found actually helps with troubleshooting this issue other than the intelligence insulting "make sure the app is installed" or "make sure your firmware is updated."
If I cant get these apps to work this device will not be useful to me at all. Quite disappointed.

Same problem here and I have also tried everything. Fitbit just doesn't seem to care as this has been going on since Christmas! Have seen others here with the same problem. Going to try to get another one or my money back!!
