Very intermittent recording of my sleep

I'm having a similar problem.  Mine will register each night but not for the hours I'm sleeping.  It shows 2 hours or 3 hours of sleep.  I know I do better than that!  I have the sleep set at "sensitive".  Can anyone give Dave and I some tips?  Thanks!

after having to take the wristband off for over 24 hours it is no longer able to track my sleep. Like the first person to comment on this, it also says only between 1 to 3 hours of sleep and even if I try to add a sleep log for the times I know I was sleeping it does not reflect sleep at all. I have compared it to my E PMs and all of that and there doesn’t seem to be any reason for that to be happening. Honestly it’s the only reason I have it after Covid complications I have to keep track of my oxygen levels my sleep and my beats per minute. Basically this thing is useless to me now.

This is an issue that I have been mentioning since I got my 5.  Fitbit has replaced the device, had me do several changes in settings, position on my wrist, all to no positive resolution.  Twice I was told they would escalate this to their senior team and I should expect an email response.  So far crickets.  They keep suggesting I purchase premium, but why waste the money when they can't confirm they can capture the data to analyze?

Same issue here but now the app won’t even save my manual adjustments. So sick of this piece of garbage. Wish I had never gotten rid of my 3 or 4 - both were light years better
