After yesterdays 10 hour outage sleep score not recorded a second day in a row. My husbands charge 5 is the same.  Have trouble synch. ---multiple attempts and when we finally get something the sleep is not recording on either.  We rebooted the whole check list of things to do and nothing.  These watches are NOT running like they should and this needs to be addressed as 2 days of this is not acceptable

There is a massive outage of Fitbit servers currently, the issue is not solved. Everybody has problems right now. Please be patient and wait until the engineers fix the server problem. There is a pink banner at the top of the forum with status updates.

I'm in Sydney do UTC +11. The past 2 nights I've been asleeo before 10 but my sleep has registered from about 1am.

I don't see a banner indicating an outage and I still have no sleep data for the last two days.

The absence of actual FitBit employees in these forums is unacceptable. We should not have to rely on hearsay from other community members.

I agree this is not acceptable considering we have to pay extra for some of these features that are now missing and broken.

Same problem 2 nights in a row and it has removed all previous sleep records from app.  I can see my sleep amount & score from last night on my Fitbit but it will Not sync to the phone app and previous sleep history is no longer on app.

In NZ and my sleep has been dodgy for the last few days. Today it told me I did not go to sleep until 3.21am…and I am pretty sure I was asleep before midnight. One night last week I had no recording. This is the 2nd or third day in a row it has not started recording immediately after I fall asleep. I figure that there must be corrupt databases in there.

This may have been the best answer during the outage, but my sleep data has been MIA ever since (a week now). Pink banner long gone. Fitbit is not issuing any further updates on the issue. I know I am not the only one who is ticked off at Fitbit for this. Rumour has it that when Google bought Fitbit they laid off a bunch of engineers, so if true I guess we should be blaming Google not Fitbit. WAINS.

I have not had sleep recorded the last 3 days and it is very frustrating. Is this issue still being worked on?

Think we need to get this out into the mainstream media, it might give Fitbit a much needed boot up the arse if it was in the public and consumers face

This is exactly my problem, only upgraded to Charge 5 from 4 a month ago and am very disappointed. Last two days no sleep tracking or SpO2%, also difficult to sync. It’s completely  unacceptable.
