I am on my 3rd Fitbit product. Charge 4, Sense and now a Charge 5. Bought to record sleep. None of the devices including my new charge 5 record sleep accurately. Last night for example I went to bed at 11, wife says I fell asleep immediately Charge 5 says I fell asleep at 4 am! This is the same issue I had with all other devices . I went through all the hoops, rebooting, loosen strap, tighten strep etc etc. nothing works. My 40.00 cheapo smart watch accurately records sleep far better than any Fitbit. This is my last shot. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
