Sleep score is not showing up when I sync my Charge 5 after waking up

My sleep is not coming when I sync it to my phone after I slept. Is gas never happen before when I got.

I find it usually takes some time for the sleep data to be generated after syncing with the app on your phone. Did your sleep data & score eventually appear?

I have the same issue 3 times this month with no score registered.  They have not shown up yet.

Sorry to see that you didn't get your sleep score on 3 days. 

Please give us more details of what you saw for your sleep log/data on those days. What troubleshooting did you try, if any?
