Sleep scores are skewed and unhelpful

Friday night I slept amazing, only for 6ish hours, but wonderful night. Both my partner and I awoke Sat feeling refreshed.

Sat night, last night, was the worst nights sleep I've had in a year. Worried and ruminating about work for hours. This morning I am like the walking dead.
I got a low score for Friday.

And a high score for last night!
