Where should I report this bug and how can I solve it?

Hi, thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Charge 5 device, @gerygg

Before considering other options, could you please also share a screenshot of the problem here in the forums?  For instructions on how to do this, please check the information provided here

In the meantime, please try to: 

  • Log out from the Fitbit app
  • Clear cache and cookies for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings
  • Restart your phone
  • Log back in to check if the information is shown correctly

In addition, make sure to keep the Fitbit app and the firmware version of your Charge 5 updated to the latest version available.
