I just woke up this morning to check my sleep score and the whole sleep tile is missing from all my fitbit moble device app dashboards. I see it in the Discover>Wellness area, but the button to add it back to my dashboard is dimmed. I have tried resetting everything. What happened and how do I get back the ability to track sleep? Even all my old sleep data is missing.

Hello @SunsetRunner,
It may have got removed by accident. If you go to the Today Screen in the App on your phone and then tap Edit in the top right corner, you can scroll down and there’s a choice of tiles to Add.
Hopefully the Sleep tile will be there. If it is, tap Add, then Done and that should bring it back.
I hope that helps you a bit.

I have had the same issue with disappearing data and tiles occur, only worse. Whole sections of the Today screen in the app on my iPhone are missing although data appear on the Charge 5 as before. In addition, most of the other tiles are missing after pressing Edit. In addition, my fitbit device information that should appear when I click on my icon in the upper left corner no longer appears. I have removed and re-added the tracker. I have deleted and reloaded the Fitbit app, to no avail. The Fitbit app is essentially useless right now and it has been experiencing synching issues for over a week. This all started shortly after I updated the iPhone to 16.1.1, but I have not found any issues online relating to problems with that update. The Fitbit Charge 5 is fully updated as well. Any ideas? If this persists much longer, I will abandon the Fitbit universe entirely.
