Sleep time

The last two nights my sleep log shows that I have gone to sleep at midnight or 1am when I have actually gone to sleep at about 10 as normal. This has never happened before and has now happened two nights in a row. What is happening

Never happened to me before sleep but mine sometimes shows me that I got up an hour later than I did. And then it gives me some crazy score for a very disrupted sleep when I was actually having my breakfast. 

You can edit time in the app and it will adjust your records. Perhaps your pulse was higher than usual during this time?
