Sleep tracking after premium subscription ended

Hi.

After my premium subscription ended 16.01.2023, the sleep tracking is very unstable. It stops recording most of the nights, even though I'm still asleep, and many nights it doesn't record at all. Before the subscription ended I didn't have any problems with this. Anybody else experienced this?

Hi, I have just purchased a charge 5 because my charge 4 would never give me anything more than a simplified sleep score.  My 5 also never gives a sleep score and now I’ve lost my stair flights as 5 does not have that feature. The charge 3 I used to have did all that but I never had to have a premium subscription for it to work. So you are saying that your sleep score worked if you paid the subscription and stopped when the subscription stopped? Nowhere did I ever read that premium was needed as it was not on charge 3. Even forums and Fitbit tech help never indicated such. Talk about a bait and switch scam- I am going to check out other trackers now and will switch if I can. Been about 7 years with Fitbit but will gladly leave them and their BS if I can.

Yep. Had it for 6 months with premium included and sleep tracking has worked every night. After premium expired it only works once in a while, very frustrating.
