Sleep tracking not working and I Can't change sleep sensitivity

HI,  I'm having trouble with sleep tracking, which seems really bad to me. Tracking doesn't understand when I actually go to sleep. Yesterday, for example, I went to bed at 11.50pm but he only registered sleep from 3.01am, losing more than 3 hours.

1) Is there a way to force sleep tracking to start?

At least that's how I tell him when to monitor.

2) I can't change the sensitivity state: when I press 'normal,' the choice is not considered and remains on 'sensitive'.

The app is updated to the latest release, I tried to log out and log back in.

How do I resolve the sensitivity change?

Forget sensitivity.  That was mainly just for old times before heart rate tracking, when had to just rely on movement to detect sleep.
First make sure there is not a shorter sleep session there, perhaps starting at 11:50 PM.  If so, delete it.  Then edit the start time of your sleep to 11:50 PM.
Delete and Edit are available from the 3 dots menu at top right of sleep function.  Not ideal solution but sometimes only way to get it right.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
