Smart Wake keeps failing, it just won't go off

I've done some internet searches and realised more people have this issue. The wake up alarm doesn't work. I've rebooted my watch. I've deleted and reset all the alarms but it keeps ignoring me. I'll give this feature one last go before I deem it unreliable. It did work for a while, say about 3 weeks.

 

I have Smart Wake activated for weekdays but it just won't go off. Clearly this is a bug, will the dev team have a look at it ot what is the status? Having an alarm that won't trigger is very frustrating.

I ended up returning my Fitbit. Disappointed with both the product and the support community.

I have the same exact problem. I triple check my smart wake alarm for 6am and it doesn't go off. It works maybe 50% of the time I set it.

Today when I did this I found the alarm was off and set to 8am which I've never set it for 8am.

Super frustrating.
