Some clocks face stop showing steps when the number reach 10k

 some clock faces (e.g retro and retroflip) stop showing steps at some point. It seems like the 10k mark is the problem

@AnnaTexas Welcome to the Fitbit community!

The issue you mentioned seems to be dependent on the language you've chosen for the device's UI. I've used clock face Retro for some time myself. When you're above 10.000 step, Retro changes the display to reflect steps counted in thousands ("10.x K").

I don't see any quick fix for this issue other than setting up your device again choosing a different device language or contacting Fitbit support to report this issue:

Thank you @Talahthas ! Switching to English does the trick.

It's a bit ironic that it does not work in French, which use a lot of units where "k" means a thousand ( e.g. kg, km) 😁.
