I am from Serbia, Europe, my native language is not English, so I apologize in advance for some mistakes in writing, but I think we will understand each other. I bought a Fitbit charge 5 bracelet, I wear it regularly and it has helped me a lot with my health. I have insulin resistance and anxiety, so a lot of activity, good sleep and other related things are desirable. Fitbit has helped me a lot to sort things out and get myself in order, but I have some serious complaints about the app!
1. Measurement with EDA via wristband.
When I measure, I often don't see the result in the app on the option "fitbit - premium - TODAY - mindfulness this week - Your Journey", despite the fact that after the measurement it showed in the bracelet that it was successful and that the progress was described as a dash in the circle that indicates one of the 7 days I listed for measurement.
But in the application, even after refreshing the app dashboard 100 times, there are no results as if I did not measure.
I reported it on chat app support but they don´t know how to help me!
2. Incorrect sleep time measurement
More than once, and especially last night, I caught the information that my bracelet and the app are not the best match! For example, I went to bed a little after 3 o'clock at night and woke up around 11 o'clock in the morning. That's over 7 hours of sleep. And in the fitbit application, it says that I slept from 7:18 to 11:06, or only 4 hours and 3 minutes!
Where is the time left?
This greatly affects my result so it is not accurate, and with it the whole application is not reliable! Simply, the final result is not good, nor are the recommendations I get, which is logical!
Please take care of this, or is this all useless with the wrong results I'm getting!
