Spo2 app not installed on charge.

Hello, 

I don't have spo2 app installed on my charge 5.

And can't also install it. It is not showing on apps list. 

When I browse on the fitbit app gallery I can see it but I can't click to install it, saying it is not compatible.

Hello @Praxdra and welcome to the Help forum.  Where are you located?  SpO2 isn't available in all countries.

I bought it from France, and now I'm working in Congo.

@Praxdra   Unfortunately, Congo is not on the list of countries.  This is a wild guess.  I don't have this problem, so I am looking for a solution.  Both France and Congo are in the same time zone (UTC+1). What happens if you change your location back to France in the Fitbit app?

I'm not planning to go back home any soon.

Maybe early 2022, so I can't tell.

Please you find a solution please let me know.

Spo2 and readiness score are the reasons why I upgraded from fitbit hr to charge 5.

I have changed the location manually, and still have the same issue.
