Used to get 3-4 days of battery, Now, after less than a day, the blue fitbit insignia shows up, and the watch is inoperable. I plug it back in, and after about 4-5 hours the insignia disappears, and I tap the watch, and it's working again. Same thing happens again less than a day later, I repeat the process. Called in to Support, they had me hit the reset button on the charge cord 3 times in 8 seconds, no improvement. When was the last update? I'm thinking the update caused this problem.
