I had already had over 13,000 steps and I was having trouble with my Fitbit charge 5,since I restarted the device it has wiped the steps I've already done,I'm really not happy about it. I had to restart it because it wasn't sync to my phone e

In case this is an issue related to the Fitbit app, please try the following steps:
In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, please try restarting your device using the charging cable and check if you continue to experience the same problem. In the meantime, you can manually log an activity to recover some of this data, like steps and calories.
