Step goal milestone vibration not working Charge 5

I have a charge 5.  I have set my step goal at 8,000.  I turned on the step goal milstone for 25%, 50%, 100% and 125%.. So I get vibration and celebration at those percentages.  However when I get to my goal of 8,000 I do not.  What's going on.

Yes, turns out I had to go into settings on my phone, then apps and notifications.  Select Fitbit and adjust the notifications so when reaching goal it vibrates and shows a celebration.
