Step streak reset for no reason Charge 5

I was on a step streak of 226 days. Then after completing my goal for the day it reset to six days. How can I fix this

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided  you with some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.

They weren’t able to fix the problem. This is my last Fitbit Terrible products and customer service

The Customer Support team often needs to confirm that all the basic troubleshooting options have been exhausted, but if you already tried all the steps they suggested, I do recommend that you continue the communication with them so they can provide you with the next steps.

I lost an over 300 day step streak due to Covid last year, that was tough. Now almost a year later dealing with long-haul covid I am fighting back and stepping away....was over 225 again when I looked to see it had reset to FIVE! This was super upsetting and frustrating! FITBIT FIX THIS PLEASE!!!

I had a 539 day step streak and it reset to 4 days! I am so frustrated with this Fitbit!

I do not understand the lack of FIBITs ability to fix this issue! The data
is there IN their system. Frustrating for sure!

This is the third time this has happened to me  They do not know how to fix it even though we can see the data that supports our continuous step streak. Just last week this  happened again and I contacted Fitbit. As they ran me through the steps to possibly solve the problem my charge 5 stopped working completely and had to be replaced under warranty  This is my last Fitbit purchase

I have been incredibly loyal to FitBit for YEARs it truly is disappointing
they are not listening to the users needs. Premium service is not one of my
needs, I want a simple banner to celebrate my goals.
